Heather Kouffman, LMSW, MBA, MA is a Psychotherapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in East Hampton, New York.

With over fifteen years experience as a Psychotherapist, and having received Graduate degrees from New York University School of Social Work, American University School of Psychology, and Boston University School of Management, she is currently working as a private practitioner of Psychotherapy.

Among her areas of treatment expertise are relationship issues, depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse, work-related issues, addictions, eating disorders, and mood disorders. She also received a fellowship in Psychoanalysis from the New York University Medical Center.

Heather Kouffman's therapeutic approach is to provide support and feedback to help patient's effectively address life's challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help him or her build on strengths, attain personal growth and achieve peace of mind.
